We accept bank transfers as our preferred method of payment. This ensures a secure and seamless transaction process.
Your couture piece will be delivered to your doorstep via trusted couriers, guaranteeing utmost care and discretion. For special occasions, we may offer an express hand-delivery service.
We pride ourselves on offering personalized aftercare services tailored to your unique needs (additional fees may apply). Our goal is to ensure your couture piece remains timeless and treasured.
As each piece is crafted exclusively for you, we cannot accommodate returns, exchanges, or cancellations after payment. However, we can make minor alterations and adaptations to the original design, subject to mutual agreement.
To ensure a perfect fit, please provide the following measurements:
Bust
- Stand up straight and relaxed
- Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape measure level and parallel to the floor
- Take note of the measurement in inches or centimeters
Waist
- Stand up straight and relaxed
- Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline, keeping the tape measure level and parallel to the floor
- Take note of the measurement in inches or centimeters
Hips
- Stand up straight and relaxed.
- Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape measure level and parallel to the floor.
- Take note of the measurement in inches or centimeters.
Length
- Measure from the top of your shoulder, down the outside of your body, to the desired length of your garment
- Take note of the measurement in inches or centimeters
Sleeve Length
- Measure from the center back of your neck, over your shoulder, and down to your wrist
- Take note of the measurement in inches or centimeters
Additional Measurements
- Please provide any additional measurements requested by our team, such as armhole depth or skirt length
How to Take Measurements
- Use a flexible measuring tape
- Take measurements in front of a mirror to ensure accuracy
- Keep the measuring tape level and parallel to the floor
- Take multiple measurements to ensure accuracy
- If possible, have a friend or family member assist you in taking measurements
